Roommate Wanted - 3BR House off of Howell Mill

Our roommate is moving off to beautiful Ohio this month and we're looking for someone to take his spot in the house.


The house is 3 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the top level. Main level is a spacious living room with a big kitchen and dining room area. A finished basement is on the lowest level and would be available for use as an office area or additional storage space. All hardwood floors. The house also has a front and back porches, a fenced-in backyard, and a one-car garage which a new occupant could use. The house is just two years old and in great shape with all new appliances. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There's a park nearby and it's just minutes to I-75 and convenient to Georgia Tech.

Rent would be $600/month and we'd probably like to sign another year lease. Utilities average about $100/person/month (i.e., internet, TV, gas, electric, water). The room is available as early as November. Might be able to negotiate rent amount if someone is able to move in soon. A single dog would be fine; we currently have a friendly doberman mix. Cats are not okay because of allergies.

Looking for someone who is easy going and responsible. We have people over from time to time and it's a good house for entertaining, but were also out and about a fair amount as well.
