Womens clinic 3/20

Hey ladies,

Reminder that Ozone is hosting the 2nd of 3 womens clinics this Sunday 3/20. This one will be at Coan Rec, 2-4pm.

Turnout for the first one was good considering we didn't give much notice. We covered throws, setting up in cuts, setting up away cuts, choosing good body position/repositioning for downfield defense. It was a lot, and I think enjoyable for all. So, we hope you can make it out this Sunday!

To give us an idea of how to plan Sunday's activities, please email the Ozone captains (ozone dot captain at gmail) with responses to the following:

The next clinic will be April 9, and we're planning to do this in partnership with Spring League AND Spin.

No cost for Sunday, but tips are welcomed. =)
