Club Terminus - Volunteers and Observers

Hey AFDC. That time of year. I know a lot of people will be playing, but to make this event happen we need some volunteers to help out for the weekend. Here are some of the duties we will need covered throughout the weekend.

Tent: we need people to man the tent throughout the day. This involves answering questions and collecting scores.

Water: we need people to keep the water coolers filled at all 12 fields. We need several people to do this throughout the weekend.

Observers: Observe games. There were a handful of people that trained at College Terminus. Those new observers can get reimbursed for their $25 training fee by observing 5 or more games after becoming certified. This is your opportunity to accomplish this.
