I used Kolpack Gutters about three years ago: http://www.kolpackgutters.com/ .

There were great. They had the lowest price of the three or so companies I considered. I didn't pay a dime until after the work was done.

My uncle owns his own gutter company. They do real good quality work. I worked for him while I was in college to help pay the bills.

Also, as far as other recommendations:

Make sure you get seamless aluminum. Steel is cheaper, but it rusts. And if it has seams it will leak.
