Housemate needed - Doraville/Dunwoody

I am looking for a roommate for a small house that I just bought in the Doraville/Dunwoody area. The location is about 1 block north of the Perimeter near the intersection of 285 and Peacthree Industrial, opposite the old Doraville GM plant. It's very convenient to driving intown (or any other direction) since you can avoid Spaghetti junction to reach 85 and 285 going N/S/E/W.

The house is 3 bed, 2.5 bath on a 1/2 acre lot, which will soon be fully fenced. Whoever rents from me will get two unfurnished bedrooms and their own full bath. If you've got furniture to bring that is fine with me because I am a first-time homeowner - I'm having to buy a lot of furniture and I've got space a-plenty.

I am asking $475 per month but this will include all utilities. (Once I get Comcast cable and Internet up and running) Maybe less for someone cool from the ultimate community.

Also, I love dogs and I've got a doggie door for my own pup. So, I'd consider a roommate with a friendly dog.
