Roommate needed in midtown

My lease is up, and though my roommate moved out, I would like to keep my place. The new lease will begin sept 1, however the room is already empty if you need to move in earlier.

Its clean, quiet, close to marta. Price is $415 a month plus gas, electric and cable, normally averages out to $120 a month for utilities. Security deposit is $370. I dont have any pictures unforunately, however feel free to drop me a line and set up a time to come see it.

I will be going to school half the week finishing up my last year of undergrad, working half the week and playing video games when not sleeping for the most part. The bedrooms are far apart, and all the other tennants in the place are quiet.
