captains all have that info, but:

Games to 13 or 90 minutes
Hard cap at 85 minutes
One time-out per half

annoying question: what is GSP reasoning why we can't wear cleats for our EOS (time of year, etc.)?
i can understand not every weekend, but thought it was so we could at least have them for the tournament...

i do understand we are partners with them in this effort and you can't always get what you want, but was just wondering as i never see soccer players not wearing cleats (and i do realize leadership wants to wear cleats as well)
