lost and found forum

the lost and found forum is not under: forums; nor is it under forums / general. currently, the only way to find it is to go forums / ultimate, and then find the one about the lost and found being moved elsewhere to forum #20.

It's not in the menu, but it is in the Board Index.

Lost & Found shows up in the header menu now.
