Home page: remove reference to Piedmont Park email list

At the bottom of the home page, below PICKUP GAMES, Piedmont Park, please remove this:

"email list atlantafrisbee-subscribe@yahoogroups.com"

That email list has been retired, and is no longer used.

Also, it might be a good idea to delete all the Pickup info from the home page, and just refer people to the forum link:
