Youth Club Championship Tryouts

Hello everyone (and please talk this up amongst everyone else), I have scheduled tryouts for the Atlanta Youth Club Championship team(s) for Sat June 6 from 9-4 at Python Park (1201 Clarendon Ave, Avondale Estates 30002). Bring cleats, light and a dark shirt, LUNCH, and a water bottle. Anyone who cannot make these tryouts b/c of a club tryout, contact me.

The team(s) will play Aug 8-9 in Blaine, MN. Price per player may be as high as $500, although we will be holding fundraisers and asking for sponsors for players in need of economic assistance.

I say "team(s)" b/c we will not know until May 29 if we have a mixed and/or girls team in addition to the Open team. This further complicates things b/c the only players eligible for the Open team (the only team we definitely have at this point) are the participants of the Atlanta Juniors Fall League.

My suggestion is, plan to be there if you'd like to play at YCC in any capacity, and I'll update everyone as soon as I know. Anyone is eligible to try out for the At-Large Mixed or Girls team as long as they don't turn 19 before June 1.
