Wouldn't it be great if atlanta had a pro team to compete in the AUDL and had the funds to be very successful?

If you are soliciting money it's best to (a) use classifieds and (b) not do so anonymously.

If you're the same "Brent Dupont" as has played AFDC: http://www.afdc.com/activities/team.php?team=1040 it's important for people to know.

To nicemlt, I am the same Brent Dupont. You make a very a good point, I only posted anon because I can never remember my password. I didnt notice the classified section but Ill repost there now.

To shmidtc, if we get this to work, I'd love for anyone and everyone to tryout.

There are a few questions that you might want to address for people before they will consider sending in money.

1. Why should they support your effort to buy a franchise?
2. How much does a franchise cost? or, how much are you looking/needing to raise?
3. Are you definitely buying one and just want to offset the costs?
4. Are the travel costs for the players associated in the franchise purchase? Since teams are all North, that requires weekly travel at least 8 hours away by car, correct?
5. How can we guarantee you can afford the rest of the costs to keep the team going all year long?
6. Where will said team play? Do you have fields lined up just in case?

These are just some basic questions. You might want to consider answering those for people.
