At the end of March, the Steering Committee approved a re-write of the corporate bylaws.
The goals of the re-write were (a) to formalize some existing ad-hoc procedures, (b) remove sections that had become obsolete, (c) to provide some additional administrative definition and structure to our leagues, (d) to institute official terms of office for steering committee members, and (e) to provide the membership with more direct input into the selection of new Steering Committee members.
This project was headed up by Chris Church.
